「Convenient location with free parking just outside the hotel. Minutes drive to downtown. Friendly staff & overall room facilities have been ok. Shower water pressure is quite weak. Hygiene needs improving, dirt marked bed sheets, towels & multiple insects crawling in the room.」

「Charming little hotel, steps from dock where Thousand Islands cruise ship departs from and just a few blocks from best stretch of downtown. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was upscale, delicious and plentiful. Convenient and lively pub downstairs (no noise heard from room though). Only improvement offered would be some electrical outlets/USB ports more accessible for charging devices (one of those table lamps with built in ports would do the trick). Strongly recommend」

「Situated in a tranquil area, cozy room, got most amenities one need, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. But if you are noise sensitive, you should seek other options. My room situated on the ground floor next to the wooden stairs. You can always hear people stepping up floor/ talking outside your room. The aircon is quite noisy too.」

「The hotel is very nice and conveniently located near the highway. However, there is nothing nearby in walking distance for an elderly.. the room is beautiful. A microwave would be nice. The restaurant “The Cannery” is wonderful and the staff are excellent. There is no free breakfast which is fine but for a Hilton, there is not free coffee that I could see. Overall a wonderful experience」
