「It was a nice property and comfortable for us. The owner was quite helpful and provided the amenities when we asked. He was also kind enough to drop us at Glasgow central.」

「Room is spacious and comfortable. All furniture have nice finishes. Has full kitchen and cooking appliances. The bar stools on the island are a bit too high however, so we have to stand while eating. Great location in the city center. Parking is decently easy once you find it. There is a homeless shelter right near the entrance, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit hard to find, and a longer walk from the car park, but the staff tried to provide detailed instructions to facilitate.」

「The room looks nice, and I think the location is good. However, the maintenance could definitely be better. There’s no elevator, and the fan really needs a good cleaning. There were also no instructions on how to use the Google controller, which I think is also the thermostat. After about two hours of going back and forth by email, they finally told me to use the panel on the boiler to adjust the room temperature.
