「Amazing stay at East Beach Guest House. Mark and Rich were excellent hosts with a wealth of knowledge on the local area, beaches, pubs and places to eat. Room was immaculately clean with tea and coffee facilities as well as a TV. Breakfast was much needed and also excellent, fresh fruit and bakery item as well as cereal and granola with honey and yogurt. Could not recommend this guest house enough and will definitely be back!」

「So pleased with our three night break away with our dog. Very welcoming and everyone was very friendly and excellent service provided. We had a dog friendly room which was on the ground floor and gave us easy access to the large beautiful garden. Fan provided to help with heat. Clean rooms with lots of light and shutters for privacy. Food excellent.」

「Great quality standard of hospitality 」

「We stayed here in the Tudor 4 poster room. While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow). 「We usually stay on the seafront but decided on Angmering Manor in a lovely village, beautiful original features, we had a lovely room en-suite & the young staff were very helpful & friendly. Nice bar & garden. Breakfast was excellent. 」
