「Could not fault the Hotel, the staff were very helpful couldn't do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble for them the breakfast was lovely and our view from the window was amazing looking out at sea. We're hoping to come back in the summer time 😉」

「Staff are vey attentive, polite and respectful. It is a very relaxing place to stay, peaceful, beautiful and clean throughout the Hall. Rooms are a very good size and very clean. We never tried the restaurant but if the standard of meals from the bar/grill, which we had, are anything to go by, I have no doubt they will also be delicious. Breakfast excellent range of choice and again delicious. We have previously had afternoon tea here and Highly recommend it and also staying here. Great stop...

「We went for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Also a surprise of other family members oo which were kept secret. The staff were brilliant and so helpful and thoughtful. Food was great and could cater for 2 coeliacs too. They made my parents special occasion one to remember 💗 Location brilliant park and ride into Whitby so easy. Highly recomend and will be back im sure.」

「Nice recently refurbished pub in the centre of Whitby. For a budget price this is a great option if staying in the centre of Whitby. No parking or breakfast, but there is a Council cat park opposite, and plenty of eateries nearby. 」

「Nice place very clean & convenient for town centre . Large bathroom , only slight criticism was the small shower & the position of the shower holder . The size of the bathroom would have leant itself for a larger shower 」

「Nice Hotel Check in was easy. Not Like Premier in which i was not allowed to check in. Room was a single room Alright for a single Nice Bathroom which was quite large for room of this size the Bathroom was clean and the shower worked and with hot water. The One thing The Toilet seat would not stay up. if this could be solved that would be good for other guests. The Bed was clean and i did not have to use the Dust mite spray or go and buy another Mattress Proctor to use. Breakfast was Good choice...

「Food was fantastic only issue we had bathroom lock was damaged advised them straight away and guttering leaked as it raining kept me awake most of the night ( advised them the next day ) 」

「Owners are very friendly and helpful and serve a great breakfast. We got the last available room and it was a bit small but adequate. Ensuite is modern. Across the road from a pub for a meal. Very basic room but would stay again」
