「The young girl who was on reception when I arrived on Thursday and on Friday morning was amazing. She was so helpful and went over and beyond what would be expected. 「The whole experience was excellent, being disabled makes it difficult to find the right room but at The Leonardo Hotel in Plymouth everyone was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Room was clean, food very good and the staff excellent. Thank you to everyone there for making my stay comfortable and welcoming. Merry Christmas to you all and a prosperous New Year.
