"Lovely apartment. Great location as there are wonderful bars and places to reach within a two min distance. The apartment was a great size and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Lovely and clean but stating to show signs of ware and tear. I was a little bit cautious of sitting on the furniture as I think the leg are not so strong and n need of replacing or repairing. "A hotel with a bit of history a stones throw from Plymouth Hoe. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and although there are no lifts it wasn’t too much of an effort to reach my top floor room. Breakfast was freshly made with a menu catering for all tastes and requirements. there was a buffet breakfast available too. At night there is a bar which you can use instead of sitting in your room. Evening meals can be found in the area with a variety of restaurants or you can order in. Parking is either at the hotel if you book in advance or is available in the street. Payment is by phone or an app. I will rebook again if I return to Plymouth."

"Reception team were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room was OK, but it was a pity that the windows were very dirty. Due to the two groups staying at the hotel we decided to eat out both for dinner and breakfast. Please do not be put off staying here it is a reasonable quality hotel that with a little care and attention could be excellent."

"Easy & efficient check-in, I was lucky to grab a car parking space at the front of the hotel. Due to steps within the front foyer, I had to bring my bags around to a rear entrance & take a lift to the main floor, once I had checked in. My room was spacious with a interesting "alcove" at the headboard, with easy access for switching on the rooms lights. My only niggle was the lack of white bread at breakfast, I prefer to make my own food preferences, not have them made for me. The place was within a easy 5- 10 minute walk to Plymouth Arena."

"The RWY is a beautiful spot and you can easily take the ferry from there to Cremyll (Cornwall) or round to Barbican which opens up access to all the different ferries and tours. The apartment was really good but some things needs to be attended to, the dryer option on the washing machine kept error in out so all clothes had to be hung on the clothes rack to dry, not the end of the world but inconvenient. The oven door isn’t closing properly so lets a great deal of heat out and the extractor fan didn’t work also the kitchen sink faucet spins around. The comfort was great and being able to open the big patio doors for fresh air was amazing. Would we stay again probably however for the price there needs to be some maintenance completed on this apartment."
