「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. 「The bed was super comfortable, the host gave us the extra towels we requested without hesitation and waited for us to check in. We reserved breakfast for 9:30 am, and came in early but the breakfast room tables were full. The host took our coffee orders so we could enjoy our coffee while we waited. Breakfast was made to order and tasty.」
