「I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Amber at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us some great local restaurant recommendations and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Gadsden. I’m hoping to bring my daughter back next year, and this will be my first choice for a place to stay. Highly recommend!」

「We enjoy our stay here most years while we are in town. This year, we ended up in a room that had issues with the wall near the AC unit - it seemed to be maybe leaking or had previously leaked and the wall was damaged from that. The pool is always great and being on the water is a perk. This year the on site laundry wasn’t great, machines were out of order leaving one working washer and dryer for large groups in town for a baseball tournament.」

「The Quality Inn offered convenient access to restaurants, a Tesla Supercharger, and interstate access. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property and rooms were extremely well-maintained. While the Quality Inn offered breakfast, they did not have gluten-free choices. For the convenience of location, I would definitely stay at this Quality Inn again.」

「I have been to more than 30 states in the United States, and this hotel is the worst. In order to save costs, since the pillows, jackets and sheets have not been changed, there are guests' hair and greasy black on the pillows, and the sheets have traces of burnt body hair and cigarette butts, the room is not soundproofed, and even a pack of coffee is not provided, we spend 83 dollars to live in such a terrible room. There's only $40 worth of service here, and it's rare for me to judge a service...

「The room was clean when I arrived, the air conditioner was quite. Housekeeping were very polite. Now what I didn't like was I had informed a staff person at the front desk about an exit door near room 137 where I stayed for five nights. The door would make a loud sound when people are coming and going, it was very annoying, how ever the staff didn't try to make my stay. pleasant. I just know in when I come to visit again I will be staying at another hotel hotel in the area.」
