「We used the hot tub and pool. The pool was a bit cool but heated. Hot tub was good. Two vouchers per room for breakfast at Denny's next door, should be a good breakfast, has breakfast options on the menu.」

「We had a great stay! This will be our new frequented location when we come to see family. All the front desk staff were friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable. We had an initial concern with our first room; it was quickly and seamlessly resolved by the very kind front desk receptionist. The breakfast was hot, and plentiful, and I appreciated that extra seating was provided as we had two sports teams staying at the same time and it was popular! Thank you! 」

「We enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant next door to which we were given a voucher. We were warned it could be noisy being downtown, but didn't notice noise at all on a Monday night. Clean, contemporary, and convenient in the downtown area.」

「very nice property, I'd rate it a level higher than the room rate indicates. The onsite restaurant is great, especially the breakfast included with the room -- it puts other hotel breakfasts to shame. The outdoor pool and hot tub were wonderful; the pool temp was warm yet still refreshing. Staff were friendly and helpful. 」

「This is a great hotel in a beautiful place. There is so much you can walk to in minutes. The staff here are all so nice and helpful and the rooms are well maintained. I recommend getting a balcony room as the views are amazing.」

「I would stay here again hands down. Bed was very comfortable, good sized room, very clean. Bathroom was great. My only complaint was the lack of street parking, especially for a large truck. But I loved this hotel. 」

「Clean comfortable king size bed. Very quiet. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Good coffee and continental breakfast. We liked the waffle with maple syrup. Parking right outside the door. Easy access to downtown Coeur d’Alene.」
