「Good outdoor space 」

「This hotel is a little gem and provided us with a perfect stop over on our way to Dorset for a holiday. We arrived around 7.30pm and the check in process was friendly and efficient. Our room (number 58) was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a lovely balcony plus an extra window, as we were on the corner of the building. The bed was very comfortable. Although there is an option to eat at the hotel, we chose to explore a little and ate at The Wookey Hole Inn, just a few minutes walk away....

「房子不大，但是很舒服，该有的都有。我们定了两个房子，房源紧张，但是给我们安排了门对门。我们很满意了。离巴斯浴场等热门景点走路四分钟。周围很多餐厅。早餐自助餐，很典型的欧式早餐。很丰富。入住和退房都很快。很典型的希尔顿。推荐。」

「We wanted a pet friendly hotel and boy, did we get it. Every member of staff treated our little pup like royalty. In the room there was a comfortable bed for her with a towel and 2 blankets along with some bowls but the piece de resistance was a the little bag containing poop bags, treats and a ball. We had a very satisfied little dog in the room but when she saw the outside greenery she was absolutely thrilled as were we. Unlike a lot of hotels where they claim to be dog friendly but then...

「Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work. 」
