「Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! 「This was a great last minute find, 40 mins from Gatwick and great staff, from check in, to bar service and check out. Family room was more than big enough for two adults and a child of 11. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner included. Breakfast was simple but enough, continental style help yourself but was good too. Will stay here again whether using Heathrow or Gatwick. Many thanks to all the staff」

「This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.」

「My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. The accommodation was good value and the bedroom, while small, was well designed. The shower was fabulous with lovely shampoo and soaps. Our only criticism was the bed and pillows. 「Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information. Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. The on-site parking, located behind secure electric gates, was particularly reassuring. Despite the area's narrow roads, access was straightforward, and the safety mirrors installed...

「The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless.」
