「The room was lovely, really enjoyed the balcony looking out to the ocean. The restaurant food was great and the staff were so friendly, we enjoyed various meals and drinks at different times of day! The hotel staff were also very approachable, and I appreciated the availability for a slightly late check in from a late flight. I have and will continue to recommend. 」

「On arriving at Kingsville to check in, having booked through Hotels.com months in advance and my reservation was confirmed, I was told by reception on arrival that they had no reservation for me, total nightmare, the staff couldn't have cared less, I had to find alternative accommodation during one of the most busiest times on the island, I would not recommend Kingsville Apartments under any circumstances.」
