「Staff was rude, when you get vouchers for drinks etc, they said multiple times, I don't have time for that, paying customers only. Then when redirected by front desk with more vouchers, to be told go to a different place to redeem them, even when it says in () not redeemed at the place they send you. There were never enough pool/beach towels, only would give 1-2 at a time to say about 30-45 min for more to check back an hour or longer and still no towels.
