「The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and unfriendly. Every time I called with a question, they responded with attitude and were not welcoming at all. To make matters worse, we found three roaches in the kitchen area. I called the front desk to ask if they had a rodent or pest problem, and I was told yes. The only solution they offered was to move us to another room. Unfortunately, this completely ruined my vacation. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Save yourself the...

「Difficult to access with luggage... (a lot of steps to walk up). So it is for a young crowd. Nice views from the top though.」

「Very simple rooms, showing their age. However, the views and ambiance were incredible. Staff is very friendly, and the on-site restaurant served an excellent dinner and breakfast. We'd definitely stay here again!」
