"Hôtel très pratique juste au porte du vieux-Québec. Il faut juste se repérer à l’arrivée car la réception est au 7ème étage. Nous avons stationné en face au coût de $20/jour, moins chère que le service de voiturier de l’hôtel. Manque un peu d’éclairage dans la salle de bain pour le maquillage. On entend un peu les portes des autres chambres mais rien de critique. Check-out à midi ce qui est bien. Nous reviendrons sûrement. "

"This is an excellent hotel, local to the train station, downtown, and uptown. The staff was wonderful: friendly, kind, and helpful. The breakfast delivered to your room every morning was one of my favorite features. Our only complaint was the construction noise that began at 7 am every day. Once renovations are complete, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"great outdoor pool. Parking only allows a single exit per day, it's a bit strange, people should pay for the day with as many entry/exists as they need. Really nice handling of luggage. Hard to book connecting rooms of different types (kind + two beds)"
