It was a very nice place, had stairs no elevator so it was rough with two small children and all our things. Pool was beautiful

Ok room and decent location. Did not like that I arrived 15 minutes early along with other guests 10 and 3 minutes later and desk would not allow us to check in staying it would be a $30 charge, but had us waiting 20 minutes after check in time to shift change and trying to figure out if they had any rooms clean and resulted in changing my room. They also were not very covid 19 aware, because the staff did not have masks or partitions between them and guests and there were no covid 19 postings

Wonderful Stay!

I'm so sad to hear this location is closing. It was quiet, super clean, friendly staff (despite the fact they are losing their jobs!), the pool and jacuzzi was lovely - location was perfect. I loved staying at this property and stay again if they were staying open!

Good beach hotel!

We spent two nights overthere, its good for beach plan and the go to sleep. Front desk was very attentive and helpfully 5 stars for that, cleanliness give a 4 just because we found a roach in our bedroom the rest super clean!!!, accomodations i give a 4 just because the pillow was to hard!l, but the rest very nice! Ammenities didnt use it but pool are looks good, HOW I SAY IF YOU PLAN TO GO TO THE BEACH FOR THE WEEKEND ITS A GOOD HOTEL TO STAY AND GOOD PRICE.

Very clean and well kept up hotel. Staff, especially Taylor, was very friendly and helpful. Beds are a little on the firm size for me, but other than that no complaints. Housekeeping and maintenance on site most of the day and night. Planning another visit in a few months, hoping that hot breakfast will be back by then, it is temporarily just a breakfast bag due to Covid restrictions.

Great for families.

Great place for families wanting to experience Clearwater Beach. Our 5 year old is still learning to swim and loved the kiddie pool with waterfall. We enjoyed the hot tub and regular pool. Breakfast was nice and everything else was wonderful.

Unprofessional service

We were asked to move after our 2 nights because of their hot water maintenance but rather than upgrading us as the manager stated for the remaining of our stay they put us in a smaller room which they offered and said its suite. Unprofessional considering we were the one who got bothered and waisted our vacation time packing and unpacking again for their convenience

We had to change rooms 3 times in the first day. The pool had major algae build up and wasn't usable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area
