Paid for king suite, manager Andre called day of check in and informed me I could not get suite. He gave me king room with no view, said he could not refund difference but would comp a meal at restaurant. Never got meal. Nice hotel, service leaves a lot to be desired.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels and very few had fresh towels in the pool no matter what time we were there.
