「Very nice, clean room, with friendly staff. Its a wonderful pre-Great Depression building that's been nicely remodeled for modern needs while retaining some original components from 1929. If I ever need to stay in the St Louis area again, ill definitely try to snag a room here.」

「Great customer service at check in. This staff knows how to communicate and treat a guest. Clear explanations on the amenities, etc. Great breakfast, and the 3:00 pm fresh popcorn is great. 5:30 to 7:00 they provide complimentary beer and wine, as well as a few snacks, such as chips. They have a soda fountain which is available all day long. So wonderful for when I needed a quick sip of bubbly but DID NOT want a bottle, can, etc. Brilliant benefit!! The weather was so bad that Sunday the 25th and the clerk Stephanie went above and beyond calling to get me a cab to get to the train station in time. 「Hotel was very quiet and staff helpful and courteous. The coffee shop was great for coffee and breakfast and the rooms were clean with hot water and great water pressure. The only thing I would change was the mattress - bed was very firm, kind of felt like lying on a table. Gallery was a fun feature and next time I'm in STL I will be back!」
