「The staff were very kind to our young kids. Goes a long way. Double plus for having Starbucks available at lobby! Great local restaurants near by and almost right next to the Kingston sign. Water view was nice. We would stay again. 」

「We spent 2 nights at this hotel for a soccer tournament. The team opted to stay at a cheaper hotel nearby, but due to the terrible reviews, we decided a clean room and free breakfast was worthwhile. My son was still able to hang out with his teammates between games. He saw their rooms and even HE (14) was glad we booked here instead. Clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, a nice breakfast, and covenient facilities (pool, free washer/dryer/ice). My only minor complaint was that the elevators were...

「Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. Lights needing changing and it was done quickly. Extra towels and coffee pods were provided at the front desk. 」

「Had plenty of parking spots. Cleanliness was ok,they had free breakfast but we didn't like it.. Coffee was acceptable.room Wasn't that quiet.」

「Our stay at the Comfort Suites was good! The hotel is under renovation and while certain areas nicely updated, there are small things that still need to be done. The doors all need to be replaced for example. We had one small issue that we reported and the team was excellent to work with, as we found a resolution. The breakfast area and outdoor spaces were great and we enjoyed our stay!」
