The linens and bed were very comfortable - the shampoo, conditioner and lotion were beautiful and the room was absolutely spotless; we loved the lighting and the fact that the blinds were very easy and convenient to operate. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want, and was spic and SPAN! The parking was easy - I parked at the number of room that I had...although this only occurred to me later in our stay - it might have been easier if it had been...

「Great stay but unruly neighbours were super loud at night and kept my tired kids and I awake. When I called front desk they said they would send someone, but doors kept slamming and one woman kept speaking so loudly 10pm to almost midnight. Very disappointed with security/staff because of this. Otherwise great location and beautiful hotel.」

「Situated in a tranquil area, cozy room, got most amenities one need, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. But if you are noise sensitive, you should seek other options. My room situated on the ground floor next to the wooden stairs. You can always hear people stepping up floor/ talking outside your room. The aircon is quite noisy too.」

「Convenient location with free parking just outside the hotel. Minutes drive to downtown. Friendly staff & overall room facilities have been ok. Shower water pressure is quite weak. Hygiene needs improving, dirt marked bed sheets, towels & multiple insects crawling in the room.」
