This hotel is beautifully located and the building what you would expect for Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean and somehow, even though it was clearly at capacity with younger guests and teams, they kept things very peaceful. The staff is exceptional. I had to speak to the ladies at the front desk for various things and each was professional, courtesy and made the experience very pleasant. I recommend this property if you are staying in Kingston.

Staff wonderful. Beds really comfortable. Fan on heater very loud. We would have appreciated actual mugs for coffee as Styrofoam cups are tippy and mug could have been used in the microwave for tea.

The balcony offered a great view of the harbour downtown Kingston. We were unimpressed with the breakfast, as it was essentially the same menu that's included with an IHG/Holiday Inn Express, except you had to pay $22 per person.
