「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」

「Beautiful old world building with lovely rooms, bar the bathroom being upstairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good especially the breakfast. Very disappointed that they had a special curry and pint offer where you couldn't have and alternative drink and when we ordered the curry anyway we were charged £20 without the beer wheras it was £15 with the beer!」

「I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. We arrived about 4pm, unpacked the car and had a Quick Look...

「The cobblestone parking was slightly challenging, and we weren’t expecting to be in a separate building from the inn, but the room was very comfortable and the large window had a great view which brightened up the space. The location was perfect, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We appreciated that breakfast was included.」

「We had a fantastic stay at Miners Cottage for one night while attending the Eden Sessions. It was absolutely perfect for the four of us. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were greeted with a lovely welcome food hamper, which was a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here...

「Great place to stay, a lovely basket of goodies on arrival. A really quiet place to chill out. The hot tub smelt a little funky, like someone had let their dog in it (ugh) but with a quick wipe out it was ok.」
