「Really nice stay and Mark was very friendly and helpful. He suggested places to go and breakfast provided was very tasty and to exact requirements. I would highly recommend as it is near the castle and other places to visit such as the beach and museum. We had a great stay and will definitely visit again.」

「Light bright rooms, overlooking fields with castle & sea in the distance. Plenty of parking at front of building. Sraff extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice both cold & cooked. There is an onsite cafe adjouning hotel which was ideal. They served hot & cold dishes, variety of sandwiches, cakes, puds etc. It is open 24/7 & used by passersby on A1. Very central for trips to Bamburgh, Seahouses, Lindisfarne etc. We would definitely recommend & will be making a return jorney...

「This was a rabbit warren of a hotel, with rooms of all shapes and sizes scattered throughout the site. We were initially given a very dark room, which was a strange shape, and a yapping dog next door; we were given a much better room when we complained. 「A great base for walking or cycling. Friendly helpful staff. We had a twin room which was comfortable and had everything we needed. The set up works really well as the rooms are separate from the Inn with an entrance for residents to access the restaurant for meals. I would certainly recommend a stay. 」

「Rooms are well furnished with good quality furniture. Staff were friendly and very pleasant to talk to. Overall the establishment is a 5 star rating with excellent good quality meals both in the morning and at night. Ideal location for getting about the area and would highly recommend this venue. 」

「Glebe Cottage was a lovely place to stay. The location was superb with views out to sea from the cottage and hot tub. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. I read other people’s reviews so brought some scissors. Bonus of having electric car chargers right outside the cottage.
