「The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. They offered tips and always wanted to help to give us the best stay. The breakfast was incredible, there was a huge variety include rotors, fruit, pancakes, hoppers smoothies and curried dishes. The rooms were lovely with a ‘jungle feel’ with the well planted garden that the verandas looked over, complete with swings and regular seating for relaxing. This is 100% on the return list-i can’t recommend it highly enough.」

「A touch of paradise! The host and his family gave us the warmest welcome in the world. The room was spacious and spotless. Despite being in the forest, there wasn’t a single ant or mosquito in the room. It had the most comfortable bed and pillows. We had a lovely balcony overlooking lush greenery. Breakfast was served on the balcony every morning at our preferred time, and was undoubtedly the best breakfast I’ve had in any hotel around the world. 「It was almost clean without the bathroom that the cold water tap was broken. But the staffs were so kind and helpful and the location was nice because of the sea side view from the room.」

「It's fascinating to wake up in a room with the great mountains view and tasty Sri Lank breakfast. The owner also offers tuk-tuk ride in Ella. They have one-day package and one ride. The location is a bit far fr city center, it’s better because of quiet. Each tuk-tuk ride between hotel to city center is LRK 500.」
