「The room was clean and staff was friendly」

「The view was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurant. The room was clean- only thing I would say is the tub was very slippery so just be careful when showering and the conditioner was empty. Staff there were all friendly; check in was a breeze and the map was very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious.」

「The hotel's sound insulation is not very good, but the overall price/performance ratio is OK.」

「We loved our stay. On the ocean and steps away from the beach. Condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. Staff members were so friendly and helpful. First night we were there we had a problem with the hot water. They responded right away and had it fixed within fifteen minutes. Sand and pool toys were in the condo for guest use. Pool towels are provided but you will need to bring your beach towels. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Didn't stay. Checked in while my wife toured the property. She told me she didn't feel safe staying there. Ate the $400+ for 2 nights.」

「Room patio door was not closing properly and we had to hear a lot loud noise from outside all the night. Hotel did not offer any concession as well after complaining.」

「The only thing that stood out was a $100 cash deposit. The rest was fine. Its a motel by the ocean with a pool.」

「I would highly recommend not staying at this motel. This is the most nasty motel and I have pictures to prove it. My daughter ended up sick and now she has a doctor appointment with her doctor. I will be reaching out to the head office of Expedia about this motel. Worst vacation ever. This was our last vacation with our son before he goes off to college and I kept apologizing to my kids about the motel room and the nasty pools and hot tubs. Never again will I stay at this motel again.」

「Toilet does not have ventilation. Hair dryer is not available in each room. You have to deposit exact $10 cash to borrow hair dryer from front desk. They won't take credit card, $100 bill or $20 bill. That's just minor thing but funny.」

「We did not like a thing about this hotel. The TV and internet did not work the whole time we were there. I got charged for a room with two beds for 3 people and got a room with only one bed. They would not return our deposit said the room was trashed when we left said they had pictures but refused to send us pictures. this hotel should not be open at all you couldn't swim in the pool cause it was so nasty. there was blood on our bathroom wall where it had not been clean. I would definitely not...

「What i didn't like i was supposed to have a king ocean view they didn't have so they upgraded it to a ocean view smaller beds floor was dirty and bathroom was dirty people was hanging the building and parking lot drug addicts sleep in the hallway people getting arrested just horrible need to be condemned 」
