Although the room was great with a nice view (I had to pay extra for though), the service/staff was like AI! We traveled all that way, got there at 3:00 and was told we couldn’t check in til 4….mind you, the beach hotel was not even half booked… at 3:59 we were told we STILL had to wait until EXACTLY 4pm. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and USUALLY as long as the room has been cleaned you can check In early. Wait!! They DID offer to let us check in an hour early… for $50 fee ! Just another way to rip people off! Like I said, decent place but HORRIBLE SERVICE!

The room was dirty in several areas, hair, crumbs, stains. In addition no interior night latch for security, major gaps around entry door allowing cold air in constantly. Mattress needs updating, very flat in certain areas. No smart TVs so cable was the only option, bad WiFi service cut out many many times.

I booked another night for 25th through 26th. I called the front desk to make everything was ok to stay in the room at 9:30am they told me it was. I left for the day and got back at 11 pm and i wasnt able to get back in my room. My keys didnt work. I called all the numbers and no one answer are they was out of order. My stuff was still in the room i seen it through the window. I would like a refund

Habían áreas sucias en el baño de NO hay personal con quien comunicarse ni alguien que resolviera los problemas las llaves se descodificaban y no nos permitía entrar a la habitación y tocó buscar otro lugar donde dormir porque no había nadie que resolviera el problema solo hay una persona en la recepción hasta las 7pm algo que no te informan desde un principio no lo recomiendo!! Nadie nos resolvió ni nos regresaron el dinero por la noche que no pudimos ingresar a la habitación

It's surely bang for the bucks because of the excellent ocean view. That's the best. The room, restrooms are super clean and huge with beautiful decor. Even though the hotel from outside does not look good, the room and ocean view compensates (surpluses) the shortcoming. But the internet was awful, I had my own net which saved me.

Entrance is not visible to go into the elevator, it's musty dark and can't see the numbers. No storage for suitcases or hanged clothes, balcony sliding door needs to be replace. Front door has a gap, winds come in the door. Needs filter in your air conditioner, staff is unfriendly. Front desk is not clean, so much stuff around the dear. Is not presentable.

Everything was great, the room were clean and newly renovated, all new, the only problem was with the beds. The mattresses sank into the head area and were very uncomfortable, and this is very important on vacation.

No lobby, the lobby was a deposit, the lady was no friendly, the rooms are ok but the hotel in general no. It was raining and all the hotel was flooded.

Although the room was “recently renovated” it was not impressive at all. Outlet covers were missing, the bathroom sink drain was broken, the mattresses were old and sagging in the middle. The sliding door to the balcony was heavy, old, and hard to open. There is no receptacle outlet near the table, so nowhere to plug a laptop in. It was raining heavy all day & night and water was seeing into the room. The porcelain tile floors made it very slippery, especially in the breezeways. Lastly, the parking lot is very small, so hopefully you dive a compact car.
