「This hotel was super clean from the rooms to the bathrooms and the common spaces (lobby, breakfast, lobby bathrooms, etc). The rooms were also VERY spacious which was much appreciated. The beds and pillows were comfortable! The gym was clean and nice - got the job done. Location of the hotel was super convenient (great location if you want to do the bourbon trail and stay in Louisville). I appreciated the coffee that was out 24/7 and the hands free water bottle refill station in the lobby....

「Sparkle at the front desk was very efficient and kind for check-in. There was also a young lady working the evening shift that was great. The evening manager (left at 10pm-ish) was nice and made us feel very welcome during our childs soccer tournament. I would have liked to see popcorn available later in the evening (not available after 8pm) and for there to be a hangout/common area that didn't have to be as quiet as the main lobby (whisper conversation was about as loud as you could be due to...
