Crisis Averted

We were in town for a wedding. I mistakenly booked the wrong Home2 Suites and had to change hotels the next day. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful and kind. We were able to change our reservations and meet up with the wedding party on the second night. Everyone involved was more than accommodating.

My fave hotel

Great! Food good, room clean, plenty of amenities, and super nice employees. The clerk even informed me how to order pillows online when I asked about it during my check in. Definitely my favorite hotel in the city. If you are taking suggestions; Consider having toasters that customers can have in the room by request and food trays for those of us that prefer to eat breakfast in the room.

We waited at the check-in desk for somebody to come for 30 mins. Once we got our room, the tv did not work and there were not enough pillows. It was less than satisfactory stay.

Truck broken into

Great breakfast and comfortable beds. I thought it was a good safe location but our truck topper back window was busted out and about $2,500 in personal property was stolen. No security or cameras in the parking lot. Haven’t heard anything back from the general manager yet. We will not be back.

HOME2not so "sweet"

Arrival was enough to make me want to stay elsewhere had it not been so late! Four men fighting right at front entrance. When we did get in, front desk offered NO help or apologies. When we asked about security on the property, we were told there was none & couldn't do anything as long as it was outside building! Told him I didn't feel very safe & got no response! The rest of our stay was better but wasn't able to see/talk to manager until checkout. She, too, showed little interest or apology. The most positive comment I can give is that their breakfast is great & plentiful. Also, when approached, most of the staff was cordial & helpful!
