「Front desk staff was lovely and checkin was quick and easy. Getting into the parking area was confusing, but once we figured it out, we felt very comfortable parking in the garage. Our room definitely needed dusting and vacuuming done in corners and along the edges. The bathroom needs a fresh coat of paint because you could see that something was thinly painted over. The sink was odd because the faucet didn’t come out far enough from the back of the sink and it was difficult to rinse hands. The...

「Nice hotel a short walk or Uber to Santana Row and Winchester House. Nice hitech amenities like keyless entry and virtual check in. Only criticism would be the room could use a luggage rack or someplace other than the floor to place suitcases. Otherwise, it's nicely decorated and very convenient. 」

The shower switch is old, difficult to operate, and the water temperature is extremely cold. Breakfast is so simple, it is basically a perfunctory customer. The accommodation is very poor」

「very close to SFO. nice place for a basic travel, free and easy for parking. IHOP 7×24 just beside, a chick fil A and pizza hut just crossing the road.」

「Overall is good , the r room is spacious and the bed sheet is clean, only found some hair attached with the hair dryer and the shower head not easy to handle, I need to ask the staffs to help, staff is helpful and quick response. Breakfast is good.」
