This is a well-run hotel. Great location, great breakfast, spacious rooms, helpful staff. We have been here a handful of times and always been satisfied overall with our experience. The only real downside is that sometimes there are kids running around the hallways late in the evening, but I have earplugs for that.

Front desk staff was good Pool was disgusting Stains on carpets, toilet paper roll broken Bathroom faucet was leaking/dripping Light bulbs in lamps were different colors A/C was very loud Obviously short staff on housekeeping, over heard front desk staff saying there were 49 rooms dirty and house keeping needed to leave because there shift was done.

The sink was clogged, and it took forever for them to come to unclog it, but we had an additional sink, so not too bad. plus they have 9 floors and lots of rooms so it was understandable. Overall great hotel and nice comfy beds.

Very nice place the water in the pool seemed a little cloudy than a normal pool, but I’m still OK well, Tesla people were using the other charging systems instead of Tesla units and it kind of messed me up at times because they only had one regular charge and the other was broke

I'm going to point out the things I liked it first: -breakfast and evening reception, although I have to say it has changed tremendously, they used to have more choices, more options with the breakfast and the reception. That's why we kept coming back. The last time you were, there was 2019 before covid and we enjoyed the reception.There were more fingerfood that were served. This time they only served pretzels and chips, fruit, but they had cocktail drinks. The facility is clean and up to date. What I did not like during this stay. - this suite is good for 6 people. However, there weren't enough towels , pillows, blanket for everybody. I suspect the bedsheet for the sofa bed it is not being changed for every check in. We requested for a clean one. - the elevators going up, aren't Secured, like other hotels, you need your keycard to operate the elevator for security reasons. So anybody can just go up, but I guess because it's open. Meaning, you can see the floors from the lobby or used to be the atrium. That's all.

The room was clean, comfortable and if it had a stove and refrigerator, could be an apartment. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of parking close to the entrance/exits. The location is great, right in between two major interchanges and on a main thoroughfare that moves swiftly onto the 101. Bank, Several Restaurants (IHOP, El Torito and others),, Safeway Grocery Store, Shell Gas Station and other nearby businesses make this an ideal place to stay. Overall, i was very pleased with this location, i would say that i prefer this location after staying here and many other places in the area; and that i would definitely recommend this location to business associates and friends that come into the bay area.
