"I am a regular guest at this property and when I checked in later than usual, the staff sent a text to see if I had any difficulties checking in. That's service. This is the only property in town, but Trail Inn doesn't act like it. They offer a good night's rest in a comfortable setting at a reasonable price."

"When booking it does not state they charge $25 a day non refundable pet deposite. Even there pet policy posted on counter does not state its a DAILY fee. We where staying for 2 days so should of been $50 but was charged for 3 days so got charged $75. Was suppossed to be refunded but has not been. The rooms where very dirty. Looked like old pet poop on floor that was just picked up but never cleaned. Sheets and blankets where gross unwashed. When told staff she just threw new sheets at me for me to change the bed. Im renting a room I shouldnt have to be the one to clean and make beds to be able to sleep there. Worst hotel I have ever stayed."
