"Room was clean and staff came in to make your bed everyday, air conditioning is in the room but everytime you change it it changes itself which is a little annoying. you get free transportation from schipol airport to the hotel but from the hotel to schipol airport its €5 per person. I highly recommend just going to the airport and taking that train whenever need to go rather than trying take the bus thats close to the hotel. They do ask for a deposit when you check in, i believe it was $50 a night which is insane in my opinion, but you get the deposit back after 5 business days after you check out. The actual stay was good i would recommend."

"We did not have breakfast at the restaurant. The location is nice. The rooms were clean. The staff are friendly. However, they made a mistake and charge me 3 times for the hotel fee instead of the 2 rooms that we booked. I have written them and waiting for their response."

"The listing advertises a shuttle, however there is not one available. This left us with the option for a bus or taxi. As my mother is limited in mobility, we paid for the taxi from the airport for the 7 minute drive - it was €38. The hotel staff said this is normal and we should take the bus. The listing needs to be updated. "
