"An amazing location and in my mind the most beautiful hotel in the world. Been going there since the 70s. The staff and food isnt quite up to what ths hotel deserves, but still good, i understand the limited pool of workers to draw from. But just outstanding!!"

"The stay was great! We we roomed on the vacation club side of the property, which included a small kitchen, living room, and best of all, a washer and dryer IN THE ROOM! What a life saver and super convenient! Not only were all of the clothes we packed washed and ready to travel home, but being able to have those amenities on site was unexpected. I’d say they would have received 5 stars, but the sales team wanted desperately to get us to attend a presentation to invest in the “club”. Outside...

"I get the rooms are old. But the awful moldy smell in the whole room and the pillows. It’s almost a health hazard. The grounds are too amazing to have rooms like this. The staff seem short tempered and unhappy too. $40 per night resort fee and $48 self parking be warned."
