「58 reservations were canceled a glitch in their system. We didn’t receive the same rooms we booked. One of the doors was jammed and they had to try and use different tools to open it because they couldn’t even get it open. The air conditioner didn’t work and they had no extra blankets available to give us so we had to go to the local Walmart to pick up blankets and pillows.」
