「All staff were excellent. Issues were with the property, that has a 4 star ranking. No room service, no included breakfast, parking charges, $20 for a glass of wine in downstairs bar, overpriced restaurant on top level, cheap uncomfortable pillows, housekeeping upon request, hot water in the shower after leaving on for 10-15 minutes, no microwave, no minibar, two very small drawers, no turndown service, bathroom sinks do not drain properly, room temperature will not go below 66 degrees....

「The hotel itself is comfortable but we had asked for late checkout the night before we were to leave and were told we could stay until 1pm. At 11am the housekeeper knocked on the door, and then at 11:35 the front desk called and said we needed to be out by noon or we’d be charged for a half day, and that there was nothing in the computer about late checkout. It was a very stressful end to our trip.」

I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights.
