「From the time of pre-check in, our host, Eumir was most attentive and friendly. He gave us everything we needed and more. He really made us feel at home and went above and beyond for us every day. With that all said, small areas for improvement: More bed pillows, a larger trash can in the bathroom, and a heavier comforter or blanket would have made it all perfect. Room and everywhere was always very clean. But the staff lead by Monica is easily the reason to stay here. Always attentive, helpful and cheerful. Truly felt like they enjoy having you stay with them. 」

「The property itself was amazing. Perfect location in Roma Norte, walking distance to most things we wanted to do. The building was beautiful. The restaurant on the ground floor and terrace/bar on the rooftop were great additions. It made the building feel live and like something was always going on. One of the best parts was the staff. They were quick to respond, would turn the room quickly and nicely, and had 24/7 service at the front desk. I could not have improved my hotel experience any...

Maestro Taquero, Cantina La Llorona, and Cielito were some of the places we enjoyed. The front desk is staffed 24 hours/day. They do not have cash, so they are not able to change larger bills for smaller ones; most establishments in the area accept card, but I like having cash for tipping.
