「Only one person from the staff was actually nice, the chubby security man. The rest are very ineffective and/or grumpy people that disappear and are very hard to find. Toilet paper isn't included as they promise here on Expedia, they send you to Walmart to purchase your toilet paper.」

「Great location. Very hard to find something quiet in Mexico City. If you book a room without a balcony, they face the back and are very quiet. Good AC and nice comfortable bed with good quality linens. Staff was very friendly and arranged massages for us in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.」
