「Clearly there has never been a fire inspection done for this facility. Everything is ran by extension cords. Exposed wires and outlets held by duct tape. Luke warm water at best in the tub. Upon check in I showed my receipt where I booked 2 rooms and paid a deposit of half the room total for each room. 「The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a slight issue with the bathroom, but it was attended to rught away. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. 」

「Everything was wonderful! Room was spotless, bed was comfortable. The temperature of the hot tub was perfect and very relaxing! Perfect for the long drive aches! Kim at the front desk was the amazing host with valuable knowledge for places to visit and gave special attention to our dog. Thanks, Kim!」

「The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom products were replenished. Complimentary breakfast was always hot and changed daily. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived late and needed to add extra days. Conveniently located next to Gundersen Lutheran hospital with underground connection. Signage between the hospital and hotel could be improved. Hotel offers a discount to visitors who have someone in the hospital when booked with the hotel directly.」
