The staff was welcoming. We were greeted with some very fine chocolates. The room was excellent and the bed extremely comfortable. We loved the layout of the reception area. Every single staff person was friendly and helpful. We ate our evening meal there and were impressed. The hotel was close to river walks, other impressive restaurants, coffee shops. Rooms were clean and spacious.
