「Handy alternative if in southern suburbs. Mix of long term residents and short term rentals. On site Café had good offering. Safe, good value for money. 」

「Overall a very welcoming and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended 」

「Lovely little place right near the beach. Only drawback was no living room but loved the hot tub and would be perfect for summer - we were just unlucky with wey」

「Lovely place to stay, security is very good. Very good view of the beach. Easy access to the beach.」

「The curtain is very old and tearing off, sofa and bed not comfy, sunken down, corrosion pot, shower not flowy」

「Super nice」

「Value for money, good location but a bit noisy」

「good location,」

「An exceptional property, with a wonderful vibe. Easy walking to multiple food locations, and easy ride hailing options make everywhere accessible. Amazing view of the mountain!」

「A great central hotel, only just opened and some of the finishing looks a little rough. We very much enjoyed our stay but the acoustics are really bad, very thin doors so people moving around the corridors late at night did disturb us. It's a great location and base of you are out and about a lot exploring the city 」

「Great place」

「I loved staying there. My room had everything I needed, including a washing machine, which was a lifesaver since I’d just come from another trip. The location was great with tons of places to eat and Sea Point promenade nearby. The staff were so sweet, and I felt totally safe the whole time as a female traveling solo.」

「This place was perfect! It had an amazing view. Everything I needed for cooking. Patrick and the staff were most helpful, They brought us clean towels, a vase for flowers. A container to take the excess food I cooked. This is unusual where I’m from you get the place but no service. This was a 5 star experience at a great price!」

「Very friendly and security staff」

「有一天清潔人員換床單的時候，把舊床單收走，卻忘了放新床單，只留下保潔墊。晚上時，回房間發現沒床單，但是客房服務只到下午6點，那天只好睡在被子上，沒蓋被子有點冷。」

「First the parts I didn’t like. This was the apartment side of the hotel. We had a two bedroom apartment. There were two bathrooms. One had a shower, another had a tub with no shower, it was a surprise. They were both dark compared to the rest of the apartment which opened to a beach/ocean/lagoon view and very bright and beautiful. The apartment itself was quite dated and seemed to need a deep cleaning or five. The lights were bright florescent and not warm colors, made the whole apartment look...
