"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."

"Alessia's apartment was very comfortable and had bus stops and metro stations nearby which made using public transportation very easy. The apartment has all the necessary equipment, the bed is really comfortable, and it was very clean and organized. There are several restaurants and small grocery stores nearby (just outside the complex)."
