"Chai and Kimberly up at the front are great people and treat you with the outmost respect and kindness. They are really helpful and quick to process your request. Been staying a couple nights and have not had a single issue. Super recommended. "

"The rooms were comfortable and clean. Lobby was welcoming. Unfortunately, the pool was closed on our visit and parking is awkward. But those were the only 2 negatives, overall a really great property at a great price."

"Clean up to date property, outstanding staff, premium breakfast, good selection of light meals balence of day/evening. Free onsight parking, good lighting in parking lot and safe. Exterior well cared for includes outdoor sitting areas. "

"It was one of the cleanest and well organized stay of any other hotel. Staff was wonderful and so very helpful suggesting restaurants and places to go and directions. I plan on staying on our next trip to Evansville at the very same place. Love it and would give this place 5 stars!! "

"Accommodating "

"Breakfast was underwhelming and they keep those caution signs you put on wet floors in the elevators (one of which was covered in what I hoped was splotches of plaster but looked gross). Other than that everything was great. The staff was kind. Check in was swift. The room and bathroom were nice. The bed was soft. The room was spacious and clean. It’s right across the street from tons of shops and restaurants. The provide a coupon for two restaurants when you get there too. "

"This is our home away from home when we visit family in Jasper. We've been staying there 10 years. It's a solid hotel for the price. It has had some updates, but could stand a few more. It's clean, safe, and the staff could not possibly be nicer! Keep up the great work! "
