「While our room was clean, our stay was disappointing due to multiple maintenance issues and poor customer service. None of the USB charging ports worked. 「This place is awesome. Kind of like a mirage in the middle of nowhere. Very large, well-appointed rooms with great amenities. Nice indoor pool and hot tub with incredible views. Dinner on-site at Duke’s was convenient and the food was great. No alcohol FYI. Breakfast included was a nice bonus.」

「The maid service was horrible! We were there 5 days and they cleaned our room twice! To avoid cleaning our room they would put the do not disturb sign on our door. We had to go down stairs and get our own towels. There were a huge staff of cleaning people.」

There is water in the refrigerator and a freezer compartment, which can quickly cool down the food. It's a quiet place in a quiet town. Very nice.」

「We stayed here while on vacation. One night I was looking for some milk. I didn’t see any in the little shop. I asked the front clerk and she brought some out from the kitchen. Free of charge. That was so kind of her. Overall, our experience here was wonderful. Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Huge, beautiful pool. The room service food was delicious. Right next to the parking lot is a beautiful view of the Colorado river running through Arches. We will definitely be staying here again.」
