The "cabin" was clean and cozy. Staff was responsive when I had questions. Restaurants and tourist shopping were quite walkable, groceries weren't super close but still walkable. Parking seemed a little tight but was adequate. We felt safe. Other guests were quiet and respectful.

This was our first time to Moab and absolutely fell in love with the area and Kokopelli West. It was perfect for my husband and me. The tiny home community is super charming, clean, and felt very safe and secure. The bed was so comfortable! We got the best sleep there! I also appreciated that the towels and linens were cotton and not microfiber. We will definitely stay at Kokopelli West for all our future trips.

I would recommend this place for anyone! I absolutely LOVED it here! Cass was communicative from the day I checked in and answered a question I had immediately. The area was so cute. Loved the community space in the center. Very close to the main strip of shops and restaurants. Safe area. The unit was very clean and I could have easily spent weeks there. I will definitely be returning.

Really liked the Kokopelli West. It was a small, friendly and isolated from the main flow of tourist. Consisted of about 12, individual tiny apartments. Larger than a hotel room, with cooking, pots pans, plates, ect. and a real refrigerator available. Common area to chat with others, and a Hot Tub. Restaurant food next door or many options within a walk. I would stay again.

Kokopelli West is a delightful little oasis in Moab. The accommodations provide everything you need in a convenient setting in the middle of town. We loved the kitchen, the comfortable bed and the amenities like the outdoor grill. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we would definitely stay there again!

Small but mighty stay!

Perfect place if you’re planning a stay in which the majority of your time is outside. Really clean, Ed is comfortable, and everything you need to cook. Small place perfect to cook a meal, sit outside in the courtyard, enjoy a morning coffee and go to sleep. I would highly recommend this place! Great pizza place around the corner Attica Forna. Only a short distance from the Arches made it even better!

The property is well kept, with easy check in, and quiet. There is a nice common area to gather and visit. It is within walking distance to shops and local restaurants in downtown quaint Moab. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

We really liked staying here and the location was perfect for exploring Arches and Canyonlands and also Moab. The place had everything you would need for a short stay. We did face an issue with a dirty blanket but the host was super quick to act on it and sorted out the issue very fast. The basic cooking supplies could be better.

Arches and Canyonlands Basecamp

This rounded out our trip of visiting Utah’s 5 National Parks. This was a great base for both Arches and Canyonlands. We also loved the ability to walk around Moab right from our room. It was plenty of space for the 2 of us and had everything we needed.

This was our second time staying at Kokopelli West since 2018. Nicely upgraded renovations with kitchen allowing us to cook meals instead of going out. Cass was great, very communicative and even let us know the property was ready for early check in. Highly recommend especially for families.
