"While our room was clean, our stay was disappointing due to multiple maintenance issues and poor customer service.
None of the USB charging ports worked. When we realized there was no bedding for the sofa bed, I tried calling the front desk, only to find the room phone didn’t even have a power cord attached. I had to go to the front desk myself and carry the bedding back to our room.

"Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was a bit dated. Our shower head was useless; it was a bit more than a dribble with very little water pressure. I also detested the complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Some of the worst stuff I have ever used. We immediately drove to Safeway and purchased quality shampoo/conditioner there. Breakfast was okay. We ended up checking out a day early. I don’t think I would stay there again."

"This place was fantastic. One of best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If you’re going to Monument Valley, go here or the View. Rooms were spectacularly and clean. Pool and hot tub was nice. There’s also a decent food place on site, hammocks, and other stuff. Only word of advice is to get food or eat before 8pm. Bluff, Utah doesn’t have much, and nothing is open late."
