「Facilities and room are not clean. TV continuously on when a guest arrives in a room and no instructions to shut the TV off is torturous. Front desk staff unable to help locate TV on off button - all these culminate into a terrible experience with this hotel」

「Breakfast was not enough for the guests. Front desk was also the one preparing for breakfast. They did not have enough staff. People checking out had to wait because the lady in front desk was still busy in the kitchen. People were also waiting for refills. Everything was empty. Literally every container was empty. They should have anticipated that they were fully booked. It was our first time in this hotel and we will never book here again.」

「I didn’t feel safe with the active construction going on in the room just a few doors down from me. I could smell chemicals in the hallway and there was a carpet folded over in the hallway creating a tripping/falling hazard and without any warning or signs nearby.」
