「Was a bit oudated, in that some fresh paint and minor upkeep could help the rooms seem a bit better. No soundproofing at all. You could hear everything and we stated at the same time that some inconsoderate guests did. Being loud, slamming doors, letting their kids run wild. Maybe they could invest in that somehow.
