「Everything is perfect! I love the room and the service」

「Very nice hotel and close to where we went. However the parking was weird and very limited. At first it seemed like they parked our car and kept the keys but then someone else said something different. It was very odd. 」

「The hotel itself was very nice. Room was small but so well done. Would have given 5 stars, but the music from the rooftop bar was so loud that it made sleeping a challenge. When I mentioned this to the front desk they said that the rooftop was a separate owner and that they have made attempts to ask them to lower it,but with no success. They did apologize for the noise. 」

「旅館附近的街道非常狹小，車輛又多，上下車非常不方便。旅館又沒有自己的停車場，必須停在附近的停車場，車子又多，常常停不到位子！另外客房服務不到位，等了兩個多小時沒有人來舖沙發床，一直到深夜12點，只好自己下樓，請人送被單床單來自己鋪床。櫃檯電話竟然都打不通！」

「The room is big, the service is friendly and generous, the giant atrium is well-kept vintage. Good pool, room perks. Getting the hotel shuttle was the only hitch. Hotels.com chat bot was glitchy and unproductive. This is not on the hotel staff. Automate it all the way, or don't advertise it. "Contact property for help" from a noisy curb outside baggage claim took 30 min.」

「We had a view of rhe Benjamin Frankin Bridge and the Delaware River from our room which was really fun! It is close to Old City Philadelphia and lots of dining options and shops. Also close to the water front. The room was pretty basic, a bit on the smaller size. The decor and carpet were a bit dated, but it was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff were all very nice. A great stay for the price!」

「I was getring into town late and wanted a hotel close to the airport with a shuttle. The shuttle service was great! It was waiting when we got our luggage. The check in took a long time as a party in front of us was having issues with their room. The room was ok, a little worn but they seem to ne doing renovations in the hotel so maybe that will be xhanging soon. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. The breakfast was pretty limited and we did not end up eating there the next day. No...
