"The staff was exceptionally kind, enthusiastic, and helpful! Examples: *When the image on the World Cup game was a bit fuzzy, my husband called to ask for help and the person on the other end not only helped him trouble shoot, but even offered to come to the room to fix it. *We were traveling with a cooler. The staff let us keep the blue ice in the freezer overnight! All the facilities (including the pool) were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was kept very tidy and organized by very friendly staff. We were so tired from our travels and we found the hotel to be so nice and refreshing."

"Everything was clean. There was no hand soap, but I used my body wash. It worked. The staff was amazing!!! Cannot say one bad thing about them. The desk staff and cleaning staff were super sweet. Absolutely love them. My one and only honest, serious thing I can say is... my finger touched in the mirror.. iykyk.. I covered it the whole time.. but it made me very uncomfortable. The one on the wall. Not the one on the sink. Also there are no bedside tables. I used the desk. I put it back before I left. That was a slight inconvenience that I figured out. Like the soap. I would stay here again.. but check mirrors. Anywhere you are. Not saying it was anything nefarious... but that was enough to make me cover it. At least."

"Have to pay EXTRA for the breakfast and WiFi. Ridiculous. I have never had to do that when traveling and never at any other holiday Inn property. Told them to keep both. But the room was clean and the staff were friendly enough. We will stay elsewhere next time we travel."
