"The lobby and first floor continually smelled of marijuana, even though it’s a non smoking property. The card readers on all outside access doors didn’t work, so had to come in through the lobby every time. We had intended to do some laundry, but all the machines were out of order. The rooms are only cleaned by request, but that notice is only posted in the elevators and we were on the first floor, so we were unaware until we asked, as it was not mentioned when we checked in."

"This is our favorite hotel for the location. So easy to get on to I-25 and it's close to restaurants and shopping. We stayed here in 2025 and again this year. Will definitely be back. The rooms are spacious, the staff is great, the pool is clean and relaxing."
